MOMO TERMS - VERSION 2026-07-17
Simple terms for using Momo
Momo provides general information and writing help for flight disruptions. It is not a law firm, financial adviser, claims-management company, or airline. It cannot promise compensation, give legal advice, or send a claim for you.
Using Momo
You must use Momo lawfully and provide information you are entitled to share. You remain responsible for checking facts, your final message, any evidence you send, and every decision you make. Do not use Momo to impersonate someone, submit a false claim, or upload harmful material.
Your account and private information
Keep your sign-in details safe and use accurate information. Your saved claim, booking details, uploaded documents, and airline messages stay in your private account and are used to provide the service. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information such as payment-card details or government ID numbers.
Optional anonymous learning
When you choose to share an outcome, Momo can use derived details such as airline, issue type, delay band, offer amount, accepted amount, and resolution to improve anonymous patterns. Momo does not include your name, email, booking reference, flight number, document, message, or exact travel date in those patterns.
Limits and changes
Flight data and guidance can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Verify important information with the airline and official sources. Momo may change or discontinue demo features. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
Important
These are a product draft for the demo, not a substitute for solicitor-reviewed Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, and data-protection review before public launch.
